DRAFT: lawyers in Brazil, the US and Mexico will write the final text before launch.

What we collect

Parent: name, email, country, language, password (stored as a one-way hash; when you pick one, our server checks it against lists of passwords leaked elsewhere by sending only the first 5 characters of a scrambled code to Have I Been Pwned, never the password or anything about you), the result of the identity check. Child: nickname, age group, cartoon avatar and parent controls. Play dates, sign-ups, votes, messages and reports. The game passport (which games your child has played and when) and the things you lend in a group’s gear box.

What we never collect

Children’s photos, full names, birthdays, schools or addresses. We never store your ID photo, selfie or face data.

Who sees what

Approved families in your groups see your name, your children’s nicknames and age groups. The exact meeting spot is shown only to the host and to families the host approved.

How long we keep it

Play dates, sign-ups, votes and messages are deleted 30 days after the play date ends. Your account data stays until you delete it. The game passport stays until you clear it or delete the child. Gear box items go when you take them out, leave the group or delete your account.

Partners

We show a few partners (sponsors) to parents, labeled “Partner”, never to children. We never share your data with partners, we use no ad networks or trackers, and we count only total views and clicks.

Your rights

In Family › Privacy you can see your agreements, download your data, delete a child’s profile or delete your account.

Mexico: this is our Aviso de Privacidad under the Ley Federal de Protección de Datos Personales en Posesión de los Particulares (2025). Biometric data is sensitive and needs your express written consent. ARCO requests: [PRIVACY EMAIL].
