Children’s Privacy Notice
children-US-1.1
DRAFT: lawyers in Brazil, the US and Mexico will write the final text before launch.
What we keep about your child
Only a nickname, an age group, a cartoon avatar and the parent controls you set.
Who sees it
Only approved families in your groups, and only to plan play dates.
What your child can do
Vote on games and send ready-made messages from your device, if you allow it. Children never chat freely or post photos.
Your child’s own screen
If you set it up, your child can use their own phone or tablet, linked to your account with a one-time code. No email, password or photo. The screen shows place names and times (no map), and every request (joining or making a play date, a game idea) comes to you first. You can change any detail before approving. We keep the device link, the requests and an activity log you can see; decided requests and the log are deleted after 30 days, and a declined game idea right away. You set the hours (checked on our server), and you can pause or unlink the device at any time. No ads, no analytics and no other companies’ code run on your child’s screen.
Your control
You can change the controls or delete your child’s profile at any time in Family.
United States: this follows the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and state biometric privacy laws such as Illinois BIPA and Texas CUBI. Contact: [PRIVACY EMAIL].
