Found a security problem in Play Outside? Please tell us. Families trust us with their children’s information, and we want to fix problems fast.
How to tell us
Email playoutsideapp@gmail.com with what you found and the steps to see it. We answer within 5 business days and tell you when it’s fixed.
A safety problem with a person?
This page is for problems in the app’s code. If a child may be in danger, call 911 (190 in Brazil) first. For a person who worries you, use “Report” in the app.
Rules for testing
- Test only with your own accounts and your own test child.
- Never open, change or keep another family’s or a child’s information. If you see any, stop and tell us.
- Don’t link kids’ devices or join play dates of real families.
- Nothing that slows down or stops the app for others.
- Don’t trick or pressure people, and no tests in the real world.
- Give us time to fix it before you tell anyone else.
We don’t offer rewards for reports.
